I am Joanne Cordner, owner of Empowered Solutions Coaching, specialising in online and in-person workshops on effective Stress management. I have a degree in Applied Social Science, majoring in counselling, and due to my extensive experience as a counsellor, wellbeing coordinator and being a solo parent balancing it all, I have seen and experienced first-hand what chronic stress and burnout can do to your wellbeing. As a result, I have now made it my livelihood and passion to educate people on the origins of stress, effective coping strategies and therefore achieve optimal wellbeing and work-life balance.
